This is a perpetual trophy held in the Director’s Office. It is a suitable memento presented to a member in recognition of exemplary leadership to the community. It is given based upon the recommendation of the District Commodore and at the discretion of the Director. It may not be awarded annually, but will be awarded when the Director deems it appropriate.
